Here is me asking myself to fill out a Q&A I have made for our team. I did a really good job, enjoy!

Tell us a little bit what you were doing before joining Uncover Commerce
I moved to Scotland from Lithuania to study Forensic and Analytical Chemistry. After finishing my degree I have decided not to pursue a career in science but go into digital marketing instead! I worked in various digital marketing roles in Glasgow to gain experience and learn as much as I could. Spent most of my career working in the travel sector but the pandemic changed it all, and for the better!

What’s your favourite thing about what you do?
The versatility of marketing is definitely one of the biggest pros. Being able to work on so many different campaigns, gathering and analysing variety of data and creating content that people resonate with. I love it all.
What do you do in your free time?
Pre-pandemic me - indoor rock climbing 3 times a week, going out and being as active as possible.
Pandemic me - watching all the Netflix crime documentaries, crafting earrings, home workouts and moving towards the pre-pandemic me.
What do you do to turn things around when you’re having a bad day?
Definitely music, the select playlist that ALWAYS works. Fresh air and Clueless, unless it's not on Netflix anymore then the day is absolutely ruined.
What is the most unbelievable thing that’s ever happened to you?
Seeing the Northern Lights in Iceland. It's never guaranteed but I got lucky and witnessed a very bright sky full of moving and changing green streaks.

What’s something you’ve done, but will never do again?
Skiing, winter sports are not for me. I have no balance, no coordination, no love for ice or snow.
Which actor would play you in a movie about your life?
Liv Tyler, I have been obsessed with Armageddon when I was a child. It was on TV all the time and I watched it every time. And a few years after I wanted to be Arwen.
What’s one song you have completely memorised?
Clint Eastwood - Gorillaz
What’s the first concert you ever went to?
30 Second to Mars, 2011 Vilnius, Lithuania. This was a very big deal, they had a huge following in Lithuania and we petitioned, as a country, to invite them to perform.

We are delighted to have Gabby in our team!
